Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
We operate with FedEx and DHL.
Orders are packaged and shipped next Tuesday after the purchase, if the purchase has been done before Monday 4PM (Mexican Time Zone) . If Tuesday is a festive day, the parcel will be shipped on the next workday. Purchases realized after Monday 4PM will be shipped on the Tuesday next week. Sometimes we have the opportunity to send also during the week.
- International orders: We offer shipping via FedEx and DHL Courier service. Once your order has been placed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your package in "My Account".
- National orders: We ship with FedEx, DHL and Estafeta. Free shipping on order over 1260 MXN.
- We ship all over the world. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer service to Russia, Ukraine and Israel.
- Brexit countries: Please note that the situation on the importing laws is changing. Customers are the importer of record and as such responsible for paying any applicable custom duties and import taxes. The Brexit may lead to longer transit times and additional storage fees.
- IMPORTANT IN INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We offer; Delivered at Place (DAP): This indicates that we are only responsible for shipping the product, while the customer has to absorb any import costs. We DO NOT collect importing taxes from our end. This might make the delivery slower once entered to the customs.
- Customs fees and import duties as well as custom protocols vary by country and product, and are the responsibility of the purchaser. If a parcel is stopped in the customs this will prolong the shipping time some days.

Pleas Note: These are estimates and shipping times may have unexpected delays for reasons not connected to Antama.
- International orders: 3 days-1.5 weeks.
- National orders: 3-5 days.
- IMPORTANT: Keep an eye on your parcel and if you see any delays in the customs contact ASAP your courier service office. Customs clearing process is responsibility of the client.
Costs of changing the direction:
In case the client wants to change the direction of the parcel after it has been shipped we will send an invoice of $400 MXN through Paypal. DHL charges for changes.
