Our parcels are prepared in a clean environment taking care of the health of both our workers and clients. 

 

 

Due to our remote location on the mountains far away from the post services, Orders are packaged and shipped next Tuesday after the purchase, if the purchase has been done before Monday 4PM (Mexican Time Zone) . If Tuesday is a festive day, the parcel will be shipped on the next workday. Purchases realized after Monday 4PM will be shipped on the Tuesday next week. Sometimes we have the opportunity to send also during the week.

TIP:   Make an order together with your friend(s) and save in shipping costs!  
       
  • International orders: We offer shipping via FedEx Courier service. Once your order has been placed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your package in "My Account". 
 
  • National orders: Ofrecemos envío gratis a todo Mexico cuando el pagamento está hecho con deposito bancaria. Cuando el cliente usa Paypal, el envío corre por su cuenta.
  • Enviamos con FedEx.

 

  • We ship all over the world.  Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer service to Russia due the restricting laws in Russia. 
  • Brexit countries:  Please note that the situation on the importing laws is changing. Customers are the importer of record and as such responsible for paying any applicable custom duties and import taxes. The Brexit may lead to longer transit times and additional storage fees. 

 

  • IMPORTANT IN EU: We offer; Delivered at Place (DAP): This indicates that we are only responsible for shipping the product, while the customer has to absorb any import costs. We DO NOT collect importing taxes from our end. This might make the delivery slower once entered to the customs.
  • Customs fees and import duties as well as custom protocols vary by country and product, and are the responsibility of the purchaser.  If a parcel is stopped in the customs this will prolong the shipping time some days. 

 

 

 

Estimated shipping times:

Pleas Note: These are estimates and shipping times may have unexpected delays for reasons not connected to Antama. 

For COVID-19 shipment might take more than listed. 

  • International orders: 1-1.5 weeks. 
  • National orders: 4-7 days.

 

Please note:
If the parcel of the client is returned to us because client has not picked it up, contacted the customs, paid custom taxes and fees or scheduled a new delivery we can resend the parcel again when arrived to us. If client prefers not to pay reshipment we charge a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case Mexican custom charges us importing taxes of the returned parcel client must absorb the costs and these are non-refundable.
In case the parcel is delivered to us and message sent to the client and no communication from the client is received after 3 weeks we will proceed with the refund. 

 

DISCOUNTED SECONDS ITEMS (2NDS)

If an item is listed as a seconds (2nds) that means we found a flaw during the quality assurance inspection and we have discounted it as such. This is normally a pull, broken or skipped thread, or other flaw. Usually it asks a little home repair moments.  


All seconds items are discounted to reflect their status. For this reason, these items do not qualify for our no questions asked return policy.  All sales of these items are final. 

 

PRE-ORDERS

  • If you want to place a pre-order please contact us. This service is possible with the Gracia collection and Apparels at the moment.
  • A booking fee of 20% from the price of the items is charged in advance. The booking charges are non-refundable at the time of a cancellation of an order, and secures the items to be pre-booked for the client and taken away from our online sales and web page. This fee will be reduced from the sub total of the order, that will include also the shipping charges. An invoice for the sub-total will be sent at the time the items are ready to be shipped to the client. 

  • Shipping estimates on pre-orders are subject to change.  While we do our best to provide a worst case estimate, customs and manufacturing delays do occur. 

 

OUT OF STOCK & SPECIAL ORDERS

  • We would be more than happy to special order a specific or out of stock item for you.  Use the contact page to let us know what you're looking for (product/size/color/etc).  This is no guarantee that we can do it, but we'll try our best :) At the moment the Gracia collection is available for this service.
  • For special orders, payment is required before we place the order and we'll give you an estimated arrival date at that time.

RETURNS

 

We hope that you enjoy your Antama purchase.  However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly return your product, within the following guidelines.

When you purchase a wrap or cloth; please try it on yourself carefully to see if you like it.

Do not take any labels or marks out of it if you are not 100% sure you want to keep it.

Then if you are happy with your purchase wash the wraps before use as they come in a loom state.

Our return policy is eligible for unwashed products only.

The product must be returned to Antama in a new, unaltered, unwashed and unused condition. 
-Returns are eligible for 10 days after receiving the product.
-The product has no sign of use or damage.
-The product is in a re-saleable condition.
-The product is unwashed.
-The original packaging and the supporting documents are returned with the products.
-No warranty certificates or other tags have been removed from the product. 
(Please do not remove any warranty cards before you are perfectly sure to keep the product. )

 

After receiving the products Antama will inspect the products are in a good condition and then proceed with the return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only when the return is because of an error made by Antama shipping costs will be responsibility of seller.

Shipping costs are responsibility of the client and Antama does not assume liability for the products until it is received. A tracked parcel is recommended. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Second Quality products (seconds), Special, Discounted and Custom orders are not eligible for returns ( all sales of these products are final).

We try to show the products in their real color and inform of the products where the color might vary.

Any exception on the policies above may lead to a cancellation of a refund.

 

EXCHANGES

Shipping costs are responsibility of the client and Antama does not assume liability for the products until it is received. A tracked parcel is recommended.

National orders: Free shipping on orders starting from 63.5 USD / 1300 MXN. We can ship in Oaxaca with Lineas Unidas Suburbans and client can pick the parcel from the office/ base. We ship once the payment arrives.
